With a certificate of origin and signed at the base by baristas, they are proof of the authenticity of this unique artistic creation.

Note that handicraft is a very peculiar form of popular expression, marked by the freedom that the artisan has in the execution of different details, from piece to piece, within the same genre of artistic creation.As such, there are never two pieces exactly alike. Small variations in size, tones and expressions are frequent and even desirable.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery of the purchase if it does not show any signs of damage or use. Subsequently, a refund will be issued for the total value of the handicraft purchased, except for the costs of shipping and electronic payment processing.
When returning purchases delivered in countries outside the European Community, it is necessary to indicate on the packaging that it is a return of a purchase and complete the customs declaration accordingly. That is, without added value. The original customs declaration sent by us and a copy of the invoice or sales receipt must be available on the outside of the purchase packaging for verification by the customs authorities.
POLÍTICA DE ENVIO
O artesanato comprado em artepopular é enviado todas as segundas-feiras via Serviço de Entrega dos CTT, com possibilidade de acompanhamento online do respectivo envio.
O prazo de entrega dentro da Comunidade Europeia é de 3 a 10 dias. Fora da Europa é de esperar 7 a 21 dias. Atrasos podem eventualmente ocorrer devido ao serviço de desembargo aduaneiro ou por motivos aos quais somos alheios. Em Portugal Continental as compras realizadas são entregues em 1-3 dias úteis. Para pedidos de peças de artesanato especiais ou revenda é favor entrar em contacto. Em caso de atraso nosso no despacho da sua compra, esta será enviada por correio expresso, se disponível no país de destino da entrega. Durante a época Natalícia e durante os meses de férias, as entregas pelo correio estão sujeitas a normais atrasos.
Dadas as restrições fiscais e alfandegárias, o envio da fatura de compra para diferente morada da de entrega só é possível para os residentes em Portugal.
